3. Course Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment Process
Enrollment in our courses requires completion of our registration process and payment of applicable fees. Course availability is subject to minimum enrollment requirements and instructor availability.
3.2 Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and approved payment plans.
3.3 Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start date. Partial refunds may be available within the first week of course commencement, subject to administrative review. No refunds are available after the first week of course participation.
4. Course Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Content Ownership
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, exercises, and documentation, are the intellectual property of DataDrivenCanada or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
4.2 Permitted Use
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only. Sharing, distributing, or commercializing course content is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Recording and Screenshots
Recording of live sessions, taking screenshots of course materials, or any other form of content reproduction is prohibited without express written permission.
5. Student Responsibilities
5.1 Participation
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned coursework in a timely manner. Consistent non-participation may result in removal from the program without refund.
5.2 Academic Integrity
Students must maintain academic integrity and complete all assignments independently unless group work is specifically assigned. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate program termination.
5.3 Professional Conduct
All students must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Limitation of Liability
DataDrivenCanada's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, employment opportunities, or business interruption.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties regarding job placement, salary increases, or career advancement following course completion.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Course Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 Course Changes
DriveDatanCanada reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students at least 7 days in advance.
8.2 Course Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.
9. Technology Requirements and Support
Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to appropriate technology and internet connectivity for online courses. Technical support is provided for course platform issues, but we are not responsible for students' personal technology problems or internet connectivity issues.
10. Certification and Job Placement
10.1 Certificates
Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete all course requirements. Certificates do not guarantee employment or professional certification recognition by third parties.
10.2 Job Placement Services
While we provide career support and job placement assistance, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement statistics are based on historical data and may not reflect future results.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
